Help us to help those who need us, by donating to TAP for Bristol.

TAP for Bristol is a way of giving money to help solve homelessness in Bristol, ensuring that your donation goes directly to those that need it.

All money raised is divided equally between Caring in Bristol’s homelessness prevention work and grants to other organisations for specific projects. These projects provide emergency funding for those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

HOW WE SUPPORT TAP for Bristol

The Bristol Comedy Festival is supported by The Bristol Business Improvement District (BID) and will be fundraising for the BID’s TAP for Bristol initiative, in aid of homelessness services across the city.

When you buy a ticket for a show through the festival’s ticket platform you will have the option to make a donation to TAP for Bristol. You’ll also hear MC’s and comics throughout the festival talking about the important work the charity supports in the city.

And we’re bringing back last year’s successful King Street Takeover! It’s a brilliant night where comics run between as many venues as possible on King Street putting on ‘donate-what-you-want’ shows, with all profits going to TAP for Bristol. Last year sold out, so you’ll want to book ahead for this one!
